What to Do If a Vendor Cancels or Doesn’t Show Up

1. Introduction

If a vendor cancels or misses an appointment, you’re fully protected.
Trashstache monitors cancellations to ensure reliability and fairness.

2. If the Vendor Cancels in Advance

  • You’ll receive an email notification.
  • The order status changes to Cancelled by Vendor.
  • You’ll automatically receive a full refund within 3–5 business days.

You can also choose to:

  • Book another pro right away, or
  • Request priority scheduling for the next available date.

3. If the Vendor Doesn’t Show Up
