If a vendor cancels or misses an appointment, you’re fully protected.
Trashstache monitors cancellations to ensure reliability and fairness.
2. If the Vendor Cancels in Advance
- You’ll receive an email notification.
- The order status changes to Cancelled by Vendor.
- You’ll automatically receive a full refund within 3–5 business days.
You can also choose to:
- Book another pro right away, or
- Request priority scheduling for the next available date.
3. If the Vendor Doesn’t Show Up

| Vendor is late (15–30 mins) | Send a message in Order Notes. |
| No response after 30 mins | Mark “Vendor No-Show” → Dashboard → Orders → Report Issue. |
| Still unresolved | Email contact@Trashstache.com with your order number and time. |

4. Vendor Accountability
Repeated no-shows lead to vendor suspension.
Trashstache tracks punctuality and performance using completion data and customer feedback.
