A polished, informative profile helps build trust and attract more bookings.
2. Accessing Your Store Settings
- Log in to your account.
- Go to Vendor Dashboard → Settings.
- Complete the following tabs:
- Store (basic info)
- Payment (payout setup)
- SEO (for visibility)
- Policies (refunds, cancellations, warranties)
3. Store Information

💡 Add keywords like “electrician in Christiansburg” in your store description for better search visibility.
4. Business Description
Use the Store Description box to tell customers:
- What you specialize in
- Years of experience
- Cities/ZIP codes you serve
- Your certifications or licenses
- Why customers should trust you
Keep it professional, honest, and concise (around 3–6 sentences).
5. Policies Section
Under Dashboard → Settings → Policies, define:
- Refund Policy
- Cancellation Terms
- Warranty or Follow-Up Rules
