Setting Up Your Vendor Profile

1. Introduction

Your Vendor Profile (Store Page) is what homeowners see first — it’s your storefront on Trashstache.
A polished, informative profile helps build trust and attract more bookings.

2. Accessing Your Store Settings

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to Vendor Dashboard → Settings.
  3. Complete the following tabs:
    • Store (basic info)
    • Payment (payout setup)
    • SEO (for visibility)
    • Policies (refunds, cancellations, warranties)

3. Store Information

4. Business Description

Use the Store Description box to tell customers:

  • What you specialize in
  • Years of experience
  • Cities/ZIP codes you serve
  • Your certifications or licenses
  • Why customers should trust you

Keep it professional, honest, and concise (around 3–6 sentences).

5. Policies Section

Under Dashboard → Settings → Policies, define:

  • Refund Policy
  • Cancellation Terms
  • Warranty or Follow-Up Rules

⚖️ Clear policies protect both you and your customers in disputes.
