1. Introduction
Scheduling on Trashstache is designed for flexibility and convenience.
When booking, you can often choose a preferred date and time directly, or the vendor will contact you after checkout to confirm availability.
2. Choosing a Time Slot
- Some services include a built-in calendar selector at checkout.
- If not, vendors will reach out through Order Messages to schedule.
- You can also request preferred dates in the Order Notes box during checkout.
💡 If your preferred slot is unavailable, the vendor will suggest an alternative time.
3. Calendar Sync (Vendor Side)
Vendors manage their own availability calendars.
Once your booking is accepted, your chosen time is automatically blocked in their schedule.
You’ll receive an email if any change occurs.
4. If the Vendor Reschedules

| Vendor proposes a new time | You’ll get an email + dashboard alert |
| You agree | New time is confirmed automatically |
| You disagree | Contact the vendor or support to reschedule or cancel |
🔄 You’ll always have the final say before any time change takes effect.
5. Viewing Your Upcoming Appointments
- Go to Dashboard → Orders
- Check Order Status = “Processing” (upcoming)
- Click View Order to see date/time and notes
6. Missed Appointments
If a vendor misses your scheduled time:
- Wait 15 minutes and try messaging through Order Notes.
- If no response, contact support — we’ll verify and handle refunds if needed.
