2. Before the Visit

✅ Book only through Trashstache.com — never by text or direct call.
✅ Review the vendor’s rating, reviews, and verified badge.
✅ Confirm the scheduled time through Order Messages.
✅ Make sure another adult is home if it makes you more comfortable.

3. During the Visit

  • Ask for the vendor’s name and confirm it matches your booking.
  • Keep valuables secure and areas clear.
  • Use Order Notes or Chat for all communication — not personal texting.
  • Avoid paying or tipping in cash (unless you choose to voluntarily).

4. If You Feel Unsafe

  1. End the interaction immediately.
  2. If urgent, contact local authorities first.
  3. Once safe, email contact@Trashstache.com with:
    • Order number
    • Vendor name
    • Description of incident

Trashstache will suspend the vendor’s account while the case is reviewed.

5. Liability & Coverage

  • Trashstache vendors are responsible for damages caused by negligence.
  • Trashstache acts as an intermediary to help mediate claims.
  • Any coverage or insurance policy offered by a vendor will appear in their Store Policy section.
