Every review comes from a verified customer who completed a real booking, giving homeowners full confidence in your work.

2. How Reviews Work

💬 You cannot delete reviews, but you can reply professionally to clarify or thank customers.

3. Viewing Your Reviews

  1. Go to Dashboard → Reviews.
  2. You’ll see a list of all customer ratings with:
    • Reviewer name
    • Star rating
    • Date
    • Comments

4. Responding to Reviews

  1. Go to Dashboard → Reviews → Reply.
  2. Write a short response (max 300 characters).
  3. Click Submit.
