Reviews on Trashstache help other homeowners find reliable pros — and they help quality vendors stand out.
Only verified customers who actually booked a service can leave feedback, ensuring every rating is authentic.
2. When You Can Leave a Review
Once the vendor marks your order Completed, you’ll receive an email saying “Your service is complete — please leave a review.”
You can review from:
- The email link, or
- Your Dashboard → Orders → View → Leave Review
3. How to Leave a Review
- Log in to your account.
- Go to Dashboard → Orders.
- Find your completed order and click View.
- Click Leave a Review.
- Choose:
- ⭐ Star rating (1–5)
- Write a short comment
- Optionally upload photos (before/after work)
- Click Submit.
Your review will instantly appear on the vendor’s profile and store page.
4. Review Guidelines
✅ Be honest, specific, and respectful.
✅ Focus on quality, punctuality, and professionalism.
✅ Avoid personal or private information.

5. Editing or Removing Reviews
To update or remove your review, email contact@Trashstache.com with:
- Order ID
- Your registered email
- Reason for the change
Changes are processed within 48 hours.
