Plans change — and Trashstache makes it easy to cancel or reschedule before a service is completed.
This guide explains your options, deadlines, and what happens with payments.
2. How to Cancel or Reschedule
- Log in to your account.
- Go to Dashboard → Orders.
- Find your active order.
- Click Request Cancellation or Request Reschedule.
- Write a short reason (optional).
You’ll receive an email confirmation, and the vendor will be notified automatically.
3. Cancellation Policy

4. Rescheduling Policy
- You can reschedule once per booking before the service is marked Completed.
- The vendor must approve the new time.
- If no agreement is reached, you may cancel under the same refund policy above.
5. Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after cancellation approval.
