Cancellations & Rescheduling

1. Introduction

Plans change — and Trashstache makes it easy to cancel or reschedule before a service is completed.
This guide explains your options, deadlines, and what happens with payments.

2. How to Cancel or Reschedule

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to Dashboard → Orders.
  3. Find your active order.
  4. Click Request Cancellation or Request Reschedule.
  5. Write a short reason (optional).

You’ll receive an email confirmation, and the vendor will be notified automatically.

3. Cancellation Policy

⚖️ Policies may vary by vendor — always check their store policy before booking.

4. Rescheduling Policy

  • You can reschedule once per booking before the service is marked Completed.
  • The vendor must approve the new time.
  • If no agreement is reached, you may cancel under the same refund policy above.

5. Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after cancellation approval.
