Booking a Service: Step-by-Step

1. Introduction

Booking through Trashstache is quick and secure.
All payments go through the platform, so you never need to share personal financial details with vendors.

2. How to Book

  1. Search for a service or select one from a vendor’s page.
  2. Click Add to Cart or Book Now.
  3. Review your cart → click Proceed to Checkout.
  4. Confirm:
    • Service details
    • Date/time preference
    • Address and contact info
  5. Choose your payment method and click Place Order.

💡 You’ll receive a confirmation email immediately with order details.

3. Order Confirmation

Once placed:

  • You’ll receive an order number (e.g., #TS12345).
  • The vendor is notified instantly.
  • Both parties can message each other through the Order Notes tab.

4. Communication After Booking

  • Use the built-in chat system to confirm appointment details.
  • You’ll be notified via email when the vendor updates status to Processing or Completed.

🔒 All messages stay private and monitored for safety.

5. Rescheduling or Cancelling

You can request rescheduling before the vendor marks the order as Completed.

  • Go to Dashboard → Orders → View.
  • Click Request Reschedule or contact support.
